Who Was Fateh Muhammad ?
Fateh Muhammad was indeed the first Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan. He served in this position from 1947 to 1954, and played a key role in organizing and conducting the first general elections in Pakistan in 1951-52.
During his tenure, Fateh Muhammad established the framework for a fair and transparent electoral system in Pakistan. He also ensured that the elections were conducted in a free and fair manner, and that all political parties had equal opportunities to participate in the electoral process.
